Zapier Integration

A page detailing how to trigger zapier zaps using equate forms

A Zapier Zap is an automated workflow that connects apps and services to perform tasks automatically. By creating a Zap, you can trigger an action in one app based on an event in another, streamlining repetitive tasks without manual intervention. This integration enhances productivity by allowing apps to communicate and work together efficiently.

Lets integrate your zapier Zap(s) with equate forms. Step 1: First, login to your zapier account and click on "Zap" pagearrow-up-right. If done correctly, you should see something similar to the image below:

Step 2: Once you're on the zapier overview page for Zap(s) click the create button located at the top right of the page and click "Create Zap"

Step 3: Select the first trigger. If successful, a light box will appear, showing available workflows for your zap. Select "Webhooks".

Step 4: Now a sidebar should appear, click on "trigger event" and then proceed to click on "Catch Hook"

Step 5: Navigate through the configuration section and proceed to the test tab. This will display the URL required for correct integration with Equate Forms, copy this.

Step 6: To implement the zap URL into equate forms, navigate to the specified form you want the zap to trigger on, and head over to the "settings" tab. Place the URL you just copied into the "Zapier Settings" box.

Zapier is now integrated with your Equate form. Remember to create additional events after the webhook has captured the form data according to your needs..
